Trade Mission to the Czech Republic, 27 June - 1st July

Please see details below, as part of this event, we are arranging for our in market consultant, Filip Korinek to travel to Wales for a series of one to one meetings, the week commencing 22 March 2010 to meet with potential mission delegates (venues and timings tbc). This would be an opportunity for you discuss your plans for the Czech region and for Filip to provide input as to the potential for your companies product or service. This would be useful for you to make the right decision to take part in the mission.
Filip has worked with Welsh clients for over 12 years. During this time, he has assisted over 100 companies in their efforts to start business in the Czech Republic. Filip has a dedicated team of consultants working with him across Central and Eastern European markets all of whom have a proven track record of delivery for Welsh companies in the region across a wide range of market sectors.

The Mission
The Czech Republic is one of the most stable and prosperous countries of Central and Eastern Europe. Its location at the heart of Europe makes the Czech Republic the perfect gateway to the EU market and its 455 million consumers.
There are a number of sectors with potential for Welsh exporters which include:
Advanced Engineering, Consumer Goods, Design/Creative and Media, Education & Training, Food & Drink, Biotechnology, Healthcare, Science & Innovation, Financial Services, to name but a few.
IBW are keen to assist both new and experienced Welsh exporters to visit the Czech market and be successful, and has therefore put together a combined package of support aimed at clients who are looking to win new or grow existing business.

The Cost:
Basic Mission Package: £330 (VAT Exempt)
Which includes an economy return flight to Prague from Heathrow, 4 nights accommodation at the Hotel Josef (Superior Deluxe room, buffet breakfast, complimentary WIFI connection in the room, and business centre, private mini-bus transfers to and from the airport to the hotel, delegate pack with useful information prior to the visit, in market activities including a briefing and Business to Business networking reception). This offer is available to Welsh companies that wish to carry out their own market research.

ITO-Plus Mission Package: £808.13 (VAT Exempt)
Which includes all of the above PLUS a bespoke 4 day meeting programme provided under our ITO Programme.
All the ITO appointments are with companies who have been indentified, interviewed and qualified by our in market consultants and will have expressed an interest in meeting the company. They will represent a genuine opportunity for business development.
