Held in Washington DC by the Association of the United States Army, the annual AUSA meeting and exhibition bills itself as “the world’s largest land warfare exposition” as well as playing a key role as a professional development forum for those involved in the armed forces.

This mission is a chance to see the very latest technological developments in the field, and an excellent opportunity for businesses to establish or reinforce contact with key personnel and decision makers… both within the world’s most powerful army and the worldwide defence community. This year – which coincides with AUSA’s 60th anniversary - over 500 industry and military exhibits will be occupying 500,000 square feet of exhibition space, with some 33,000 attendees expected.

The Annual Meeting consists of informative presentations, panel discussions on pertinent military and national security subjects, workshops and important AUSA business meetings, and those participating include senior leaders from the Army, DoD and Congress, as well as foreign dignitaries.

The three-day event includes presentations on the state of the Army and related defence talks are given by the Secretary of the Army, the Army Chief of Staff and other senior Army and Department of Defense representatives.
