Conduit to create more than 380 jobs in South Wales
Conduit, an outsourced contact centre provider, is to create more than 380 additional jobs at its existing sites in Swansea and Cardiff.
The American company, which specialises in Business Process Outsourcing, has a global contact-centre network with 27 centres situated in 10 countries.
Cardiff and Swansea are home to Conduit’s operations here in the UK and between them employ more than 2,000 staff. The majority of the 380+ jobs will be created in Swansea.
Conduit, who first came to Wales in 2001, are one of the UK’s leading outsourced contact centre providers, boasting clients such as BskyB, Vodafone and Orange.
The creation of these jobs will serve as a great boost to the Welsh economy and job seekers.
The Welsh Assembly Government was instrumental in helping to secure this expansion through the provision of support and sharing Conduit’s vision of success.
