Father and son team Tony and Peter Stevens have come up with revolutionary designs for a zero carbon emission car, van and sports car that could cut the cost of motoring to just 2p a mile. The next stage of their dream is taking the designs into production at a new production unit in Port Talbot – a dream being made possible by the support of the Welsh Assembly Government and the availability of a skilled workforce.
